Once you have chosen your package, added any extra sparkle and we have confirmed availability, we will require a non refundable 35% deposit of the total booking amount to secure your date.
Full balance and any party amendments must be made and paid for in full 14 working days prior to party. You can make payment to reduce your finial balance at any time.
Cancellation Policy

Cancel with a minimum of 28 days notice = 65% refund
Cancel with less than 28 days notice = 50% refund
Cancel within 14 days = 25% refund
Cancel within 48hrs = NO REFUND
In the rare occurrence outside of our control that we The Ultimate Pamper Company have to cancel your booking you will be given 100% refund.
Please ensure that guests arrive on time for the party . If guests arrive late The Ultimate Pamper Company will make every effort to accommodate this but in such an event we will take no liability for any loss of party time.
Parties are prepared for the exact number of guests. If any guests do not attend a refund will not be given.
Guests must inform us of all known medical conditions and allergies prior to party. During the party in the unlikely circumstance that a reaction occurs the treatment will be stopped immediately and no liability will be taken. No refund will be given.
COVID-19 POLICY
If the party host receives a positive PCR or Latoral Flow test, your party will be rescheduled to our first available date.
In the instance of Local or National Lock down you will have the opportunity to either, postpone your party or receive a refund minus the non refundable 35% deposit. Your deposit will be held for 1 year from booking date if you choose to re book.
